This is a self audit where you assess your current activity based on the questions asked and where you consider your current activity to be.

It's not a quiz - it's designed to make you think about the things you are currently doing and the other possible answers will give you some insight into how you could make improvements. 

The sections at the end are there to provide you with space to reflect and make notes on what you would like to change. 

Don't try to change everything at once - pick one or two areas where you see you could make improvements and concentrate on those for the next few weeks or months.  Then once you feel like you have built up some momentum choose some of the other areas to work on. 

I hope that you find this to be a useful activity and that it gives you some insight into what you can work on (and where you are doing well!)
