It doesn’t matter how great your skills are, what roles you have held in the past, what you are charging or how you have packaged up what you are offering if you aren’t making sales.
And it also doesn’t matter how much you try to create your own versions of the things you see other people doing if you don’t have the underpinning strategies that make them work. That is what The HR Micro Market Programme will give you.
HR Micro Markets will show you how to create a group of potential buyers for your HR Consultancy services that are pre qualified as having the types of problems you can help to solve and already being interested in the services that you provide. They will then become the pool of people that you market and sell your services
During the course of the programme we will cover
The training is provided via a combination of workshops covering the topics which you work through at your own pace and monthly group coaching and mentoring sessions with me where we will work through implementing the systems and dealing with any challenges you are experiencing.
You also get a 60 min 1 to 1 strategy call with me in your first month to get you off to a really good start.
You will have access to the workshops for 24 months from the date you joined and access to the coaching and mentoring sessions for 4 months
There are 2 main criteria for joining this programme
1) You will already have a HR Consultancy Business which is available to provide client services or will be starting your Business in the next 3 to 4 months
2) You will be based in the UK or Ireland
In this module we will be looking at the ways you can design your business to stand out from the crowd.
It's not about being unique or being noisier or more flamboyant than other people offering similar things. It's about the decisions you make about what type of business you want and then putting that into your marketing and your messaging so you get the attention of the people your services are ideal for. That's how we find clients.
